REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICIES

If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us after receiving your product with a photo or video that show us the problem/damage of item and stickers on the package.

We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).

We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria: 
1. Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival. 
2. Parcels that is lost in transit.

Note: We will not be held liable to any lost or misroute parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.

CANCELLATIONS

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Otherwise you will receive partial refund as we have already started the shipping process. Please be sure to thoroughly read our descriptions and processing times.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of first shipping will be deducted from your refund.

How long does it take for an order to arrive? 
Once shipped, your order will arrive within the following shipping time, depending on how fast customs clearances takes place and due to having multiple warehouses overseas.

United States: 4-9 weeks 
Canada: 4-9  weeks 
Europe & Australia: 4-9 weeks 
Rest of World: Up to 12 weeks
